Transaero Withdrawn Boeing 787-8 Dreamliner Order

Transaero, Russian carrier has withdrawn four Boeing 787-8 Dreamliner's order.

The purchase had agreed in April 2012 and the first delivery of Boeing 787-8 Dreamliner was expected in first quarter of 2014. The agreement states that the order worth to USD 744 million.

The spokesman of Transaero states that Transaero has put the focus on four Boeing 747-8 Intercontinental and another giant Airbus A380 for four aircraft. This is the part of company strategy to expand its fleet in order get bigger market share and sales.

Currently Transaero owned about hundred aircraft, contains Boeing 747 Series, Boeing 777 Series, Boeing 767 Series, Tupolev Tu-214, Tupolev Tu-204 and tens of Boeing 737 Series.

Transaero also known has placed order for Airbus A330NEO and Airbus A330CEO, the agreement has signed during Farnborough Air Show.

Transaero is a Moskow based carrier, head office in Domodedovo International Airport. Transaero operates charter and scheduled flights with hundreds of fleet. Most of route is on domestic destination with several international destination.
